The Parent and Community Advisory Board (PCAB) was created by Maryland law in 1997 to ensure that parents have a say in the Baltimore City Schools (learn more). PCAB Advisory Board is the District's Accountability Partner. It consists of 14 members made up of parents of students enrolled in the Baltimore City public schools and community members. We ADVISE the School Board and CEO on Policy development and implementation. We ADVOCATE on behalf of our families. We ENGAGE parents and school communities. We are YOUR VOICE IN EDUCATION.
