City Springs Elementary/Middle School is a public charter school located in Baltimore’s Perkins Homes neighborhood. We are operated by the Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP), which enhances the school by bringing innovative and research-based curriculum and other programs. Our vision is to be an exemplary model school where students meet or exceed academic standards, students feel the joy of learning, parents are involved, and the entire community nurtures a solid partnership. With this vision, we promise an education for life.

Operator Renewal Recommendation:

On January 14, 2025, the Baltimore City School of Board Commissioners voted to renew the operator of this school for a 5-year term. The process by which operator schools are reviewed is called operator renewal and is part of the district’s Annual Review of Schools. Operator contracts can be renewed for three, five or eight-year terms or could be recommended for non-renewal and possible closure. To learn about this or for decisions for other schools, please visit the City Schools Annual Review of Schools webpage: https://www.baltimorecityschools.org/page/annual-review.
