P-TECH is a four- to six-year program during which students earn a high school diploma, no-cost associate's degree, and first-in-line status for job placement. At Carver, P-TECH focuses on information technology and has a partnership with IBM. Students work with leading professionals, are paired with an industry mentor, participate in paid summer internships, acquire industry certifications, and earn tuition-free associate's degrees in cyber-security or computer information systems.
