Greetings Beechfield Families,

City Schools has developed a Virtual Learning Plan in the event that schools are closed for more than three (3) days due to inclement weather. Currently, City Schools have been closed for two (2) days due to inclement weather. On the fourth (4th) day of school closures, scholars will engage in Virtual Learning via Zoom and Google Classroom.

To prepare for the possibility of Virtual Learning, we are conducting an inventory of district-issued devices that scholars have received between the years of 2020 - 2025. Please complete the survey below by Monday, January 20, 2025 to indicate the status of a district-issued device/laptop for your scholar. If your scholar did receive a district-issued device/laptop between 2020 - 2025, but it is lost/stolen, you must submit a City Schools Police Report by calling (410) 396-8588 – this is the only way that your child will be able to receive a replacement device through City Schools. If the district-issued device is damaged, you must return it to Mr. Carder at Beechfield EMS for a replacement. You will receive additional information (schedules, Zoom links, Google Classroom information, etc.) regarding Inclement Weather Virtual Learning in the upcoming days.
