Principal Ninia Mouzone is a veteran educator who has served the students and families of Baltimore in many capacities over 23 years. She is currently the principal of Forest Park Senior High School, a 100 year-old gem on Baltimore’s westside. A native Baltimorean, Principal Mouzone brings a unique perspective to the work of moving an urban high school in a post covid world. In the first two years of her tenure, Forest Park exited Comprehensive Support and Improvement status, a designation assigned to schools that find themselves in the lower third of achievement and/or graduation rates for the entire state. Principal Mouzone is an instructional leader who is energized to understand and collectively tackle the dilemmas that 21st century teaching and learning is facing. She looks forward to continuing to lead Forest Park into sustained purpose and growth as she plays an active role at the forefront of the fight to educate our children.
