Below are resources to help you use the Asset Essentials Computerized Maintenance Management System portal.

Asset Essentials is configured according to the original name and number of the physical building, as listed in the state inventory. In several cases, the school or program currently operating in the building does not match the name or number of the physical building. You may refer to search and compare schools to find their name, number, and building address.

NOTE: The request form for salt delivery is no longer available. Please create a work order in Asset Essentials. In step 2 of the work order, select "Delivery" and in step 4, type "Salt delivery request." The request will automatically be routed to Grounds for processing.
