Building Educator Capacity: Enhance teachers' instructional skills by emphasizing culturally responsive teaching and strategies supporting diverse learners.

Align with District Priorities: District-wide literacy and math achievement priorities, social-emotional learning, and educational equity are prioritized in each aspect of professional learning.
Support for Early Career Teachers: Reduce teacher turnover through induction programs, mentoring, and targeted professional learning experiences.
Data-Driven and Personalized PL: Leverage data to ensure that professional development offerings are responsive to teachers' and schools' needs.
