United Way breaks down barriers to educational equity from every angle:

Our Family Centers, based in United Way Neighborhood Zones, provide free or low-cost onsite care and enriching early childhood education.

Based on John Hopkins University’s School of Education and their early warning dropout prevention model, On Track 4 Success (OT4S) is an innovative, data-driven approach that works to ensure underserved students have the resources they need to get and stay on-track for high school graduation. OT4S empowers educators through a collaborative, creative problem-solving process team to help them plan and implement student supports, incentives, and interventions. Through data coaching and analysis, OT4S also supports schools and districts in improving systems and processes.

United Way is putting students on the path to learning and feeding their curiosity, earning their diploma, and achieving their dreams.

United Way /On Track 4 Success (OT4S) at Westport Academy provides support/incentives for students and families related to the following imperatives: Attendance, Academics and Conduct.
