At-home mental health services (Hazel)

Baltimore City Public Schools partners with Hazel Health to provide virtual mental health support to students free of cost.

From vision and dental care to school-based health centers and mental health counseling, City Schools ensures that students are healthy and ready to learn.

To reach their maximum potential, students must be healthy and have access to medical services and support. City Schools works with partners to provide the following:

Home and hospital services

When students cannot attend school because of medical, physical, or emotional conditions, our Home and Hospital program can arrange for instruction to be delivered in other settings. Parents and guardians can request these services by submitting the applications below:

Chronic Health Impairment - (long-term)
Physical Health Condition  -  (short-term)
Mental Health or Emotional Health Condition
Medical Transportation
