Credit Recovery for High School Students

Welcome, families and students! City Schools has several programs to support students in recovering credits towards high school graduation.

The Saturday Credit Recovery Program will run from November 4, 2023 – March 16, 2024 (no classes on 11/25, 12/23, 12/30, 1/13, & 2/17).
Students can choose from two program options:
- Virtual Program, using the Edmentum Coursework Platform. Program meets 9am-11:30am.
- In-Person Program at Frederick Douglass High School. The Program meets 8 am-1 pm. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
Students will be allowed to recover up to 2 credits.
- Students attending their home school’s after-school credit recovery program can only take one additional Saturday Credit Recovery Program course.
- Registration at Frederick Douglass on 10/14 (10 am-4 pm) and 10/28 (8 am-3 pm). Late registration is available on 11/4 if there are seats available.

Programs are held in Quarters 2, 3, and 4, starting 10/31 at many high schools.
