Certain district assessments occur during a multi-week window – e.g. i-Ready, DIBELS 8, MCAP. These assessments may be administered on observance days that fall during testing timeframes. Students who are absent on those observance days will have ample opportunities to complete the assessment within the required time window once they return.
Testing may not occur on the first two and last two days of Passover. Additionally, schools should not schedule an assessment such as a final exam, unit/module test, or quiz on an observance day.
