BALTIMORE - To encourage strong parent support and involvement in students' well-being and academic success, Baltimore City Public Schools will host Let’s Get H.Y.P.E.D. II. The event is free and will be held in person on Wednesday, May 24, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Coppin State University Physical Education Complex, located at the corner of Gwynns Falls Parkway and N. Warwick Avenue.
Helping Your Child Plan for Education and Dreams (H.Y.P.E.D.) allows youth to explore resources that prepare them for college and careers. The family-oriented event will display how City Schools support the community by highlighting some of the district’s latest resources in academic subject areas, advisory committees, student support and programs, and more.
Attendees can interact with City Schools staff, watch live performances, interact with College and Career vendors, and participate in various panel discussions and mini-workshops.
