There's a new and exciting aspect of the BMore Me curriculum for students - the BMore Me Student Club!

Students and their mentors meet regularly to explore student identity and interests in the context of Baltimore. Plus, they get to go on field trips throughout the city, bringing what they're learning in the classroom and with their mentors to life.

Earlier this week, the group paid a visit to City Hall and met Mayor Jack Young and city council members. There, they had the chance to talk about ideas for future legislation based on what they're experiencing in the city and their lives. City leaders also gave students tips on how to be strong advocates for their communities.

The BMore Me curriculum, which connects student learning to the rich history, legacy, and realities of Baltimore, is part of the implementation of the district's Blueprint for Success.
