WHAT: Baltimore City Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) this school year. The program, which is funded by the USDA and administered by the Maryland State Department of Education, provides breakfast and lunch free of charge to children at school sites.
Meals are available to all young people 18 or under, without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or disability. A person 19 years of age and over who has a mental or physical disability (as determined by a State or local educational agency) and who participates during the school year in a public or private non-profit school program (established for the mentally or physically disabled) is also eligible to receive meals. There will be no discrimination during meal service.
Meal sites, address, phone number and site service status are available on the attached document or by calling 211. Updates will be reflected on Baltimore City Public Schools website.
WHEN: Mondays through Fridays from January 3, 2022 – August 31, 2022
WHERE: All Baltimore City Public Schools across the city.
WHO: Any young person, 18 years of age or under.
