Middle and high school students will have an opportunity to cast their vote for Baltimore City’s student commissioner and their Associated Student Congress of Baltimore City (ASCBC) officers this May. ASCBC is Baltimore’s elected student government, and the Student Commissioner is the student who sits on the School Board.
