The time has arrived for our End-of-Year Closings. We are excited to celebrate our scholars in 5th grade, who will be promoted to middle school; and our scholars in 8th grade, who will be promoted to high school!
The 8th grade closing ceremony is June 6, 2024 at 9:00 am in the Beechfield EMS Auditorium. The 5th grade closing ceremony is June 6, 2024 at 1:00 pm in the Beechfield EMS Auditorium. Tickets must be picked up and signed for by a parent/guardian or an adult who is listed in Infinite Campus under the scholar’s profile. ID will need to be presented to receive tickets. TICKET PICKUP IS TODAY, 6/4/24 FROM 12:00 – 4:00 PM AND TOMORROW, 6/5/24 FROM 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM AND 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
When attending the closing ceremonies, you are agreeing to the following:
-No balloons or strollers.
-Conduct yourself in a mature and positive manner.
-The dress code is semi-formal for both scholars and ceremony attendees. Please ensure that clothing does not display profanity, weapons, and/or substances, in addition to no revealing clothing (midriffs, crop tops, etc.).
-You cannot attend under the influence or smelling/appearing to be under the influence. Smoking is NOT allowed on school grounds.
-Tickets must be distributed to attendees prior to ceremony. Staff cannot be responsible for holding tickets and distributing them to guests.
-PLEASE ARRIVE PRIOR TO THE START TIME! No attendees will be permitted into the building during the processional or recessional.
We want this to be a positive, upscale experience for our scholars are as we celebrate them on their accomplishments!
🎉 What an amazing time we had at the annual Spring Family Fun Day Festival at Beechfield Elementary Middle School on Friday, May 31st! Students had a blast with activities like horseback riding, scaling the rock climbing wall, and playing in the video game truck. It was wonderful to see everyone laughing and enjoying the beautiful day together. The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as families and friends came together to create lasting memories.
A special shout out to all the student guest DJs who kept the energy high with their awesome music sets! 🎶 Your talent and enthusiasm made the day even more special. We also want to extend a huge thank you to all the vendors and stakeholders who contributed to the success of this event. 🎉 What an incredible day at Beechfield Elementary Middle School's Rock the Mic event! From pre-kindergarten through second grade, all the way up to seventh and eighth, the excitement was palpable. Our younger students had a blast at the paint party, unleashing their creativity and having a colorful blast. Meanwhile, third and fourth graders rolled into fun at Skateland roller skating rink, showing off their moves and having a blast on wheels. Not to be outdone, our fifth and sixth graders soared high at Wonderfly, exploring, playing, and making unforgettable memories.
