Previously named, James Mosher Elementary, The Billie Holiday Elementary School is committed to providing a quality arts-integrated education to our students. We serve students in grades pre-kindergarten through second grade and also offer city-wide special education programs.

All students will be fluent readers and will possess the attitudes, skills, and proficiencies needed to succeed in upper elementary school.
