The 8th Maryland Cultural Proficiency Conference will be held on October 17th and 18th, 2023, at Morgan State University from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM each day. This year’s conference theme is “Education as the Pulse of Freedom.” Join us for concurrent sessions, a student panel discussion, an awards ceremony, a screening, and a discussion of “Healing from Hate: Battle for the Soul of a Nation” with the filmmaker Peter Hutchison, and keynote speakers, Dr. Loretta Ross and Dr. Cheryl Matias.
