Each year, eligible employees have an opportunity to get paid for some of their unused sick time. This process is known as sick leave conversion. Eligible employees will see the sick leave conversion option in Employee Self Service between November 27 and December 1. Sick leave conversion is an automatic process for eligible employees; you only need to take action if you do not want to participate.
If you do not want to receive payment, you must log into Employee Self Service between November 27 and December 1 and navigate to the Sick Leave Conversion page to check the box labeled, “I do not wish to participate in the year 2023 Sick Leave Conversion.” and click the Save button.
Sick leave conversion payments will be paid on Friday, December 8.
