The City of Baltimore is home to some of the most talented artists!
Participate in the annual Black History Month Art Contest by showcasing your creativity. The BHM Contest is open to students of all levels, including college students. Winners will be judged throughout every education level.
Schools can submit up to 4 entries for review, but the artwork must be original. Please note that all artwork should be submitted and dropped off at City Hall - 100 Holliday Street by 12 PM on Friday 2/16.
