Dear City Schools Employees,
The AMP Team and The Office of Human Capital are currently conducting model testing for the UKG Ready System, the new timekeeping system. During this period, you may receive messages from this system. Please be aware that these are only test messages and do not affect any information in the production system.
- Any data or messages received from the UKG Ready System during this testing phase are for testing purposes only.
- The model test data is not imported into our production system, so it will not impact paychecks or other official records.
- As usual, work hours and payroll information are processed through the existing production system.
We understand that receiving test messages might cause some confusion or concern. Please rest assured that your hard work and time are always accurately recorded and compensated. If you have any questions, we encourage you to check with your timekeepers to confirm that your hours have been submitted correctly to our production system.
We want to remind you that Model Testing and Training are occurring on a rolling basis. If you have not yet been enrolled in blackboard training, then you will want to review the schedule HERE to see when your school/district will be participating.
Your patience and understanding during this testing phase is greatly appreciated. This process helps us improve our systems so that we can better serve you in the future.
