How can schools submit discrepancies they see?
School leadership should continue to collaborate directly with their Human Capital Partner so that their school can complete all hiring and transfer paperwork. Staying on course with the process will help accurately reflect staff positions and titles.
When will new staff names be added?
Website staff directories are updated daily according to the process detailed above.
Please note that newly hired 10-month staff officially start on August 12, 2024, and will appear in the online directory then.
What name is shown on the directory?
First name: If a staff member provides a chosen (preferred) first name, it is displayed. Otherwise, the legal first name is listed.
If staff want to submit a chosen first name to OHC, they can do so here.
Last name: Our current Oracle EBS system can only record legal last names.
If staff want to submit a legal last name change to OHC, they can do so here.
When Oracle Fusion goes live, staff will be able to provide chosen first and last names to be reflected in the directory. This development will occur thanks to the Administration Modernization Project (AMP).
