As a reminder, all employee evaluation milestones will be completed in CHARM and we will no longer use OPMS (Employee Self Service). All City Schools' supported devices have a CHARM desktop icon so it is easier than ever to access the platform.

For an intentional, reflective foundation for the year, each employee should prepare for their Initial Planning Conference and the submittal of their Individual Development Plan (IDP) in CHARM. City Schools values a collaborative culture of open professional practice where commitment to continuous improvement is the norm. An IDP can be a useful tool, and employees should reflect and action plan for how they will continue to grow and increase their impact in their role.

To make sure you are ready to start the year in CHARM, make sure to:

· Confirm you have access to CHARM - Please review this help guide

· Complete the required training in CHARM (must be completed before you can access the Evaluation Activities button) - Please review this Platform training help guide

· Begin to draft your Individual Development Plan (IDP) – Please review a soft copy of the form HERE and the IDP help guide for how to submit your IDP in CHARM

The Employee Evaluation webpages have also been updated! The Human Capital team encourages you to bookmark these pages and make sure you are referring to them for critical timeline reminders, soft copies of forms, and links to join the Tuesdays on TEAMS for CHARM support (3 or 4 pm, every week).
