Updating your referred language in UKG Ready:

i.       UKG AMP Project QRG_Change Your Profile_Language.pdf

ii.      UKG AMP Project QRG_Change Your Profile_Language_Spanishversion.pdf

- Policy on location settings. All employees must have their settings turned on. If anyone notices any of their employees that clock using the app that doesn’t have a map next to their punch, they need to contact Amp communications asap. They should be seeing the first screenshot.

For iPhones, precise location needs to be turned on. If not, this may cause issues in the future. Without precise location it gives an approx. stamp, which wouldn’t help anyone if they are trying to assure an employee is clocking inside the building.

- Submitting a HEAT ticket - types of issues to submit:

  1. UKG access/login issues

  2. Password resets

  3. Incorrect Employee information 

  4. No employees (for Timekeepers) 

  5. Missing features 

Contact the IT Service Desk: For issues that are not resolved via self-service support. Call the Service Desk at (443) 642-3000, select option # 6 for Fusion, or 

Submit tickets via the HEAT portal. A team member will contact you to address your issue or escalate it to the appropriate subject matter experts.
