This Tuesday, Patterson brought almost 100 chess players to the third tournament of the season, and had some great successes. Maverick Rodriguez, Dominic Robinson, Jack Aquino, Nathan Hernandez, Mareech Garang, and Angel Flores all crushed the opposition with 3-0 records. Shout outs also to Nelson Vasquez, Kaniya Gardner and Keidy Alvarez, who also all had winning records. That’s 9 winning chess masterminds, if you’re keeping score.
