  • Rise Family Support Center a new safe and welcoming space where families can come together and access resources as well as strategize to push for system-level change. The center supports and partners with families at every stage of life, bringing them together in community to make plans, receive support, and fix things together using principles of community organizing. 

  • Parker Psychiatric Services

    • PPS is a one-stop community-based Mental Health agency that is an Outpatient

      Mental Health Center (OMHC), offering a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) and Substance Abuse Program-Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Their services are designed to meet the unique needs of the individuals and families that we serve; this is the core of our Wraparound Wellness Program

    1. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is a community-based mental health provider licensed by the Maryland Department of Mental Health. Their holistic approach to mental wellness includes physical, mental health and community integration best practices engaged in the home, our office and in the community. They serve minors ages 5-17 and adults ages 18-65 with achieving their highest level of independence through the utilization of relevant, collaborative, and person-centered approaches in route to optimum health.

  • B’More for Healthy Babies- All of Baltimore's babies are born at a healthy weight, full-term, and ready to thrive in healthy families.

  • MOMCares- a No-Cost Doula Program, MOMCares is designed to support Black mothers in the NICU who self-identify as under-supported and facing financial stressors. MOMCares provides packaged meals, transportation, bedside support, birth planning, education and self-care opportunities to mothers in need.

    • Description:  Help in accessing services, individual counseling, support groups and caregiver trainings, respite care, legal assistance, and supplemental services including housing improvement, chore, provision of medical supplies and services.  

  • Maryland Coalition of Families- Family Peer Support

    • MCF provides hope, guidance and support to people who love and care for someone with mental health, substance use or problem gambling challenges.  We have personal experience supporting someone we love so we understand firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate complex systems and access critical resources for ourselves and the people we love.  We also know how comforting it can be to have someone to lean on who is reliable and knowledgeable and who listens with understanding and compassion because they have been there too.

  • Kinship Navigators

    • Information and referral program that supports kinship caregivers who are caring for their minor relative (s), who are unable to remain safe in the care of their parents. Kinship Navigator Services targets kinship caregivers who are and are not involved in the child welfare system as an outreach prevention strategy that promotes safety, permanency and well-being.
