I went to Towson University for both undergraduate and graduate school. I did my internship at AG, fell in love with the school and have been here since I graduated in 2016. My hobbies include chasing around an infant and toddler, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

I am the 6th grade ELA teacher at AG. I have been teaching in Baltimore City for 17 years and have been at AG for 10 years. I went to Towson University for both undergraduate and graduate school. I was born and raised in Baltimore, Dundalk to be exact! My favorite things to do are to spend time with my family, read, and watch movies. My favorite book, of all time, is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.

I joined the AG staff in 2023 as the 8th Grade Math & Algebra teacher. Prior to coming to AG, I taught math in various grade levels and schools across the city for 22 years. My father was in the military, so we lived in several different states, but I consider VA my home state. I went to Pfeiffer University in NC for my undergrad, received my master's degree from Johns Hopkins and my post master's certificate from Loyola University. I love to bake, watch Hallmark movies and spend time with family, friends. Some of my favorite shows are on the Food Network, HGTV and the Hallmark networks. If I wasn't a teacher, I would be an interior designer or baker.

I am the 6th Grade English Language Development teacher. This is my first year at AG; my 6th year teaching in Baltimore City Schools; my 11th year teaching English; and my 16th year teaching. Before teaching English, I taught driver's education for Spanish and English speakers in Eastern Baltimore City and Baltimore County. After teaching Driver's Ed for 5 years, I joined the Peace Corps in Nicaragua, where I co-taught with and trained Nicaraguan English teachers for 3 years.
I was born in Miami, FL, where I lived until I was 13. My mother and grandparents immigrated from Cuba, so they instilled a strong Latinx identity, in spite of my Germanic name. I moved to Baltimore to live with my paternal grandmother just before beginning high school. In Baltimore, I attended Parkville High School; CCBC Essex; and Towson University where I majored in Spanish and Latinx Studies. I earned my Master's Degree in teaching ESOL and Teaching Certifications at UMBC.
Now a days, I enjoy foraging, hiking, and camping with my partner and our dog, Luna. We also enjoy visiting new restaurants together. Personally, I enjoy gardening, playing guitar, and working on home improvement projects.

6th Grade Para

Hi! I’m Ms. Larrimore, and I started as AG’s 6th grade para in the 2023-2024 school year. Before that, I was placed here as a math tutor with Axiom, and I noticed right away how vibrant the AG atmosphere is – I knew I had to join full-time! I grew up in Harford County, Havre de Grace to be specific, but I've loved living closer to Baltimore for the last few years. Outside of school, I’ve worked as a nanny and private tutor to a huge variety of students and families for about 15 years, specializing in students struggling with anxiety and executive function. In my twenties, I considered teaching as a career and studied Middle School Math and Science at Towson University. I’m delighted to return to public education after so long! I don’t yet have children, but I hope to become a foster parent for LGBTQ+ youth who lack family support. I love sci-fi and fantasy books, movies, and TV (Star Trek: The Next Generation is my comfort show), and I occasionally cross stitch in my spare time.
