I’m excited to be teaching 3-year-olds at Armistead Gardens. This will be my first year at AG but my 14th year teaching. I am a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan’s Chinatown. I earned my master’s degree in education from Hunter College. After college, I worked as a special education teacher at two NYC public schools for over a decade before moving to Baltimore. On my spare time, I enjoy cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

I have been fortunate enough to share my love of learning for 24 years. It has been my pleasure to be with Armistead Gardens for the past 2.5 years as a Pre-K/K special educator. Previously, I taught in Baltimore City, Colorado, Las Vegas, and St Croix. I've had the opportunity to teach all grades from pre-k through 6 (with the exception of fourth). In addition to my Early Childhood certification, I am certified in Curriculum and Instruction as well as Administration. I enjoy outdoor activities, music, reading, and playing games. Believe me, your children will tell you more about me than you ever wanted to know!
