Prekindergarten

Gifted and Advanced Learners' Site

We are proud to announce that Medfield Heights became a GAL site in 2018 with 121 gifted, advanced, or Talent Development learners already identified.  Students who qualify as gifted or advanced learners complete independent, self-chosen projects throughout the year. 

Social and Emotional Services

Aligned with Baltimore City Schools' Student Wholeness initiative, Medfield Heights is devoted to the social and emotional success of every child.  In order to achieve this success, we offer the below resources for students and families.

Community School Coordinator

We became a Community School with a Community Schools Coordinator, Ms. Lili Mischke, in 2023. We are very excited for new partnerships and programs here at Medfield Heights! Visit City Schools' Community Schools site for more information!

Green School Initiative

Green

With the help of our Community Schools Coordinator, 3rd Grade Teacher, and our GAL Teacher/Parent, our school is working towards becoming a Maryland Green School in 2025! From learning about food waste to planting and composting, our students and staff are helping to improve Baltimore!
