Artworks made of colored papers showing faces

Scholars in Maree G. Farring are facing their MCAPs with a boost of confidence, thanks to some creative motivational art! Young artists from 403 weren't wielding paintbrushes, but colorful construction paper, as they crafted friendly monsters to cheer them on.

The monsters, all unique and bursting with personality, were made from cut-outs. But the most inspiring part lies in their speech bubbles. Each monster sports a positive message, with one offering the encouraging words, "You are perfect just the way you are."

This heartwarming project is a testament to the creativity of both students and teachers. It reminds us that fostering a positive and supportive environment is key to helping students succeed, not just on tests, but in all aspects of their lives.

This activity is part of their art class with Mrs. Muniz.
