Teacher of the Month met all the requirements for the month of November. Additionally, she shows initiative and creative in her teaching. She always willing to help teachers, sharing strategies, materials, and expertise. Additionally, she help further our school’s mission by being a continuous learner and helping others excel.
Ms. Tracey Kessler - Staff of the Month
Ms. Kessler has been an extraordinary asset to our school community, consistently going above and beyond in her role as our social worker. She has taken the lead in holding meaningful parent meetings for students who are struggling, as well as facilitating 504 meetings, SWST meetings, and conflict-resolution sessions to ensure every student receives the support they need. She collaborates seamlessly with our external partners to coordinate additional resources and wraparound services for our students. This season, she even organized a successful snack-sale fundraiser to provide Thanksgiving meals for families in need—just one example of her unwavering commitment. Ms. Kessler never says “no” when it comes to doing what’s best for our kids, and her dedication shines through in everything she does. We’re proud to recognize her as our Staff of the Month.
